Parent Association
The Parent Association is made up of every family that pays tuition. Each family has the opportunity to vote for parent representatives to the Board of Trustees. The Board is made up of 7-11 involved parents plus a liaison from Mt. Lebanon United Presbyterian Church. The Principal, Mary Wolling attends every meeting to report on school activities and issues.
Each board member sits on at least one subcommittee. The Parents Association is one of the subcommittees and is charged with several important objectives. The first and foremost is to assist the teachers and staff with the daily running of the school through volunteer activities. Second is to support the families and students of Jubilee in any way possible. This is truly a family school and we take the responsibility of serving each other. Lastly we help financially with specific projects within the school and through mission opportunities.
The Parent Association Leadership (PALs) is made up of involved parents that assist in directing and carrying out the main objective. Any parent may help in the leadership role. A representative from the Parent Association meets with the teachers once a month to keep them informed of the on goings of the association and to discuss needs of the teachers. Meetings of the Parent Association occur during the fall, winter, and spring. Regular business and budgeting are discussed in the meetings that require a quorum of parents to be held.
