Have you ever wondered how to say hello in German, how the Australians live, or what an Irish dance really looks like? Well we have. At Jubilee Christian School, we teach our students that God has created many wonderful people and places, both near and far. We believe that by learning about other cultures and people our children can begin to truly understand the glory of God.

To achieve this goal, each year one country is chosen as the country we will highlight. For one entire month, the selected country is the unit of study for the entire school. The children learn about this country's culture, economy, geography, history, art and music, and many other relevant topics in creative and novel ways. As available, we offer unique field experiences such as language instruction, dance instruction, and presentations by guest speakers. Opportunities exist whereby the children can taste foods from the country of study.

By the end of the month, our children have had a first hand experience of the country as though they had actually visited it. The month long exploration of the country culminates in our All School Unit Celebration, a night where family and friends are invited to join the children as they demonstrate in an entertaining and informative format what they learned about the country of study.

We feel that since God has created such a glorious world for us, our children should be able to not only learn about this world but experience it all. Come join us as we explore Australia,Germany, Egypt and many other countries and come to truly appreciate the handiwork of our Creator.
