Achievement Test Scores
Achievement Scores
Jubilee Christian School students have produced over the years, excellent scores on Standardized Tests
despite the fact that we spend very little time going over the format of the test and do not teach for the test.
This is a tribute to the learning process at Jubilee which includes a good balance of the development of skills
and concepts leading to synthesizing, creating, hypothesizing, and eventually recognizing and learning theory
and practical implementation.
JCS gives standardized tests once during the school year during the first week of May. This test is administered
to students in Grades K 6. Results are released to parents at the end of the school year, and copies of the results
are kept in the students' ongoing cumulative folder. Total battery school results are analyzed by the principal to locate
trends or areas of difficulty experienced by students on the whole. This information is used to help teachers determine
if there are areas where further emphasis in instruction is needed. At no other time do we administer any kind of standardized testing.
