Jubilee Christian School
As stewards of God's everlasting word, Jubilee tries to demonstrate to our children our love of God through both our words and our deeds. Towards that end, Jubilee engages in public service projects throughout the year that both helps our community and demonstrates our commitment to being Godly neighbors.
Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God.Hebrews 13:16
Adopt A Highway Program>
Working together with Penn Dot Jubilee Christian School has adopted a highway located in the Banksville Road section of Pittsburgh. The 2 mile stretch begins at Kuhn's grocery store and extends toward downtown Pittsburgh to Metro Heating. Parents are encouraged to help clean this roadway 3-4 times a year. A sign is located on both ends of the roadway to "mark" our responsibility. We are committed to helping keep our city clean and set a good example for our students in community service projects. Alumni are also invited to join us to help.

Every year the Jubilee 6th grade class and their teacher generously volunteer their time and energy at World Vision's Pittsburgh headquarters. "World Vision is a Christian humanitarian charity organization dedicated to working with children, families, and their communities worldwide to reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice." The 6th graders work in the World Vision warehouse sorting donations that they have received and re-packaging those donations to be sent to various countries. They sort everything from clothing, to coats, to shoes, to Bibles.
Jubilee families and children make a yearly contribution to the Light of Life Ministry to aid in their mission to help our brethern in need. Light of Life's mission is to provide shelter to the homeless, food to the hungry and to spread the word of God to all.
